2. Pick 2 points for new dimension and transformation direction.

• Press SHIFT on tool start to keep proportions.
• This tool has some alternate modes:
  • Reference Scale - Xform: adds a Xform Modifier instead of directly changing the object scale.
  • Reference Scale - current coordinate system mode.
